TurtleBee wasn’t born in a boardroom.
It was born in a quiet, deeply personal moment—when motherhood changed everything.
After becoming a mother, Shivi Maheshwari began to see the world through a new lens.
While completing her MBA at an Ivy League university and later returning to India, one question kept coming back to her:
Why do Indian parents have to compromise when it comes to their babies?
As a parent, Shivi understood something deeply important—
the first five years of a child’s life shape brain development, learning ability, and long-term well-being. These early years are not just a phase; they are the foundation.
Yet in India, parents were stuck choosing between low-quality local products or overpriced imports from abroad. There was a clear gap—and it mattered.
That gap became a calling.
With a mother’s instinct and a founder’s clarity, Shivi started TurtleBee with one simple belief:
Indian babies deserve the same safe, thoughtfully designed, development-focused products as children in countries like the US and the UK.
Today, TurtleBee creates baby products rooted in child development, crafted with premium materials, and designed to support both babies and parents.
Because when it comes to early childhood, “good enough” is never enough.
